How much does shipping cost?

Within Germany, shipping costs 9.95 euros for spare parts and accessories, 59 euros for an E-Bike and 99 euros for a scooter. To Austria it is 19.95 euros, 69 euros and 179 euros.

Can I return my vehicle?

Yes. When you buy online, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery, including for vehicles. You bear the cost of the return. For vehicles that go back by freight carrier, this is at most about 99 euros. Everything else is set out in our withdrawal instructions.

Where can I get spare parts?

You can find spare parts in our shop under Spare parts.

Who repairs my scooter?

Our service partners help you with maintenance and repairs. Find a service partner or dealer For technical questions you can reach our vehicle technical team on +49 173 8966155. Any scooter workshop can replace wear parts such as brakes and tyres.
