Shipping and delivery
Your order will be shipped to you fully insured. Scooters and e-bikes are delivered by a freight forwarder, while spare parts and accessories are sent as packages.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on the weight of your order. You will see them in your shopping cart before you pay.

All prices include VAT.
Delivery time
Within Germany, we deliver in about 5 to 10 working days. For vehicles, the freight forwarder will contact you in advance to arrange a delivery date. This is why we require your telephone number when placing your order.
Condition upon delivery
Your vehicle arrives about 95 percent assembled. For the e-bike, you only need to attach the pedals and straighten the handlebars.
